Special Valentines Day Ideas For Couples

Creating Valentines Day Ideas For The Whole Day

When we think of Valentines Day ideas we generally think of what is fed to us in jewelry and candy commercials on the television and radio. It's called Valentine's Day, meaning it encompasses the whole day not just the part where you exchange gifts and cards.

Make the decision this year for the one you love to take some extra time and plan out the whole day to make it special. That doesn't mean that you have to spend an enormous amount of money showing your sweetheart how much you love them. But if you do take a little bit of your time starting now and plan out February 14th your chosen love will remember it long after they eat some expensive chocolate.

Below find out how you can take some Valentines Day ideas and turn them into the most special day of the year for your sweetie.

How to begin a romantic day

Start out the day by choosing a loving and positive feeling inside yourself.

Wake up and go grab a positive quote to get you in the loving mindset. Then be ready to share that feeling with your valentine all day long.

Fuel Your Day With This Romantic Breakfast Idea

If this year's sweetest day falls during the week you still need to eat breakfast. Heart shaped pancakes with strawberry syrup or preserves are a quick and thoughtful way to start the day for the both of you.

Heart Shaped Pancakes

  • Pancake batter for four small pancakes
  • Heart-shaped pancake mold
  • Butter
  • Your favorite red preserves, fresh raspberries, or strawberries.

For super rushed mornings buy some pre-made toaster cook style pancakes and cut them out with the cookie cutter. Although the freshly made ones taste better and making them yourself may get you extra points for the effort.

Use technology to keep the romance flowing throughout the whole day. That is our theme with this page. One simple and meaningful way to accomplish this doesn't cost a dime but is worth gold. Send the one you love a midday Valentines Day text. Just take a moment to think of something that shows thought and love and send it to your Valentine.

You can go as cheesy and romantic as you like. Here is some help with that

If I had a single flower for every time I think about you, I could walk forever in my garden of love. Taken from http://www.stvalentinesday.org/valentines-day-sms....

Or be creative and come up with your own. Either way it will be memorable.

The Valentine's Day Card

Standing in the card aisle of the local pharmacy trying to find a special message to show how much you love someone is a sign of true love. All the while rummaging through the floor to find the matching envelope to a $7 card that almost covers your thoughts. Not much fun.

Get creative this year and put some thought into
